When your contract ends, you can grab a new deal on the same network and keep your number. You’ll usually be able to upgrade without another credit check, so there’s no new search on your credit file. Simple — that’s what an upgrade is!

Keeping your number when you switch networks:
Text PAC to 65075 to get your PAC code.
Place your order and enter your PAC at checkout when prompted.
Once your new service is connected, your number will be moved across and your old contract will be cancelled.
