What is a second-hand mobile?

Should I buy a second-hand mobile?

They’re a great option if you want to save money. Second-hand mobiles are much cheaper than new ones, and they’re tested and refurbished to make sure everything is in working order.

Do second-hand mobiles come with a warranty?

All our second-hand mobiles come with a supplier 12-month warranty, guaranteeing the quality and performance of each device, which is fully tested and refurbished before sale.

Are second-hand mobiles refurbished?

Every second-hand mobile that we sell has been inspected, tested and fully refurbished before it reaches our customers’ hands. That’s to ensure the best possible experience from a mobile phone that works as good as a brand-new one.

Do second-hand mobiles come with a charger?

We include a charging cable in the box of every second-hand mobile. That doesn’t include the mains head, although you can plug the cable into a spare one.

Do second-hand mobiles come with accessories?

You get a charging cable included in the box with your second-hand mobile. The original accessories aren’t included, because they can’t be guaranteed. Likewise, the original headphones aren’t included for hygiene reasons.
