    If your order's been paused because we've requested ID documentation, please reply to the email you received to request the documents with either your driving license (Option 1) or passport and bank statement or utility bill (Option 2). Following the guidelines below.

    Must be a full or provisional licence (no counterpart).

    • 4 Visibility of your end balance

    Visibility of your agreed overdraft limit (if account is overdrawn) is also required.
