    ID Documents

    Choose An Option

    If your order's been paused because we've requested ID documentation, please send either your driving license (Option 1) or passport and bank statement or utility bill (Option 2) to [email protected]. Following the guidelines below.

    Must be a full or provisional licence (no counterpart).

    Passport

    Passport Requirements

    • 1 Visibility of the entire photo page

    • 2 Signed

    • 3 Printed (not written)

    • 4 Within date

    See below for bank statement and utility bill requirements

    Bank Statement

    • 1 Visibility of your name and address

    • 2 Dated within the last 12 weeks

    • 3 Visibility of your account number and sort code

    • 4 Visibility of your end balance

    Visibility of your agreed overdraft limit (if account is overdrawn) is also required.

    Bank Statement

    • 1 Dated within the last 12 weeks

    • 2 Visibility of your name and address

    • 3 Gas, electricity, water, landline telephone or council tax bill

    • 4 Visibility of bill amount

    If you don’t have the ID documents we’ve requested, consider buying the phone you want SIM free. You won’t need any ID documents, nor will you be credit checked. Plus, you may still be able to get a SIM only deal on Three, for all your minutes, texts and data.
