Roaming (EE) - Customers on eligible plans will be able to use their minutes, texts and data at no extra cost when roaming in the EU/EEA. Speed and service will vary depending on the service available in the country you visit. You must be normally resident in the UK. Roaming (Three) - Three Essential customers can use their allowance in 49 EU destinations. Three Advanced customers can use their allowance in 49 EU destinations, as well as 22 extra countries including the USA, Australia, New Zealand and more. A Fair Usage Policy for data abroad applies. If your domestic data allowance is greater than 12GB, you will be subject to a fair usage policy of 12GB whilst you are roaming in the network's Europe Zone: this means you can use a maximum of 12GB from your data allowance while roaming.

Roaming (Vodafone) - Vodafone Global Roaming is included in all new and existing pay monthly Essentials and Red Extra plans, allowing you to use your home plan in 48 Roam-free destinations, including destinations such as Spain, France and Croatia.

Roaming (Vodafone Red Entertainment) - Vodafone Global Roaming Plus is included in new and existing pay monthly Red Entertainment plans, allowing you to use your home plan in 48 Roam-free destinations, as well as an additional 29 popular Roam-further destinations including Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

International Calling (Vodafone Red Entertainment) - 500 minutes (a month) of International Calling is included in new and existing pay monthly Red Entertainment plans, allowing you to call 31 EU destinations from your home in the UK.

Add-Ons (EE) - Subject to credit check. Cost added next bill and then every bill each month until you ask EE to remove it. Allowances last until next bill or until used it, whichever comes first. Allowances don’t roll over. Once you have used up the allowance, standard rates apply as set out in EE’s Non-Standard Price Guide.

Go Further Add-On (EE) - This Add-on allows you to use your data allowance in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand in addition to the UK & EU/EEA. 6-month minimum commitment required. See ee.co.uk/terms for details. Cost added to next bill and then every bill each month for the 6 months minimum term (even if you terminate before the end of the 6-month minimum term). After 6 months it will continue each month until you ask EE to remove it.

Go Faster Add-On (EE) - 4G speed is usually capped at 60MB on Essential and SIM plans; this Add-On allows you to access uncapped 4G speeds. UK use only. 4G speeds depend on location, number of users and plan. Check your coverage at ee.co.uk/coverage before purchasing the Go Faster Add-on.

International Calls & International Calls Extra Add-On (EE) - Included in your Add-On is calls from the UK to standard landline or mobile numbers in selected countries. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries. Redial before 120 minutes to avoid call charges.

Apple Music Membership (EE) - The individual Apple Music Membership Add-On is free for 6 months for customers on EE pay monthly or SIM only phone plans and adding the Add-On to their account for the first time. After 6 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £9.99 a month unless you cancel. BT Sport Add-On (EE) - The app is made available to pay monthly customers on Essential handset and SIM only phone plans as a 30-day rolling Add-On. See www.ee.co.uk/terms for full details. When you download and use the BT Sport app, you will use data that may decrement from your price plan’s inclusive allowance.

Passes (Vodafone) - Available on Red Extra and Red Entertainment plans, Vodafone Passes let you use specific apps and websites, without using your inclusive data allowance (both in the UK and in Vodafone's 50 Roam-free destinations). You can add or remove Vodafone passes anytime by logging in your My Vodafone account, or in the My Vodafone App.

Entertainment (Vodafone) - Red Entertainment plans come with a choice of free entertainment for 24 months (12 months on SIM only), including Amazon Prime Video, Spotify Premium, Sky Sports Mobile TV and NOW TV Entertainment Pass. To activate it, follow the instructions in the text Vodafone sends, or text Entertainment to 97613 to receive the message.

Secure Net (Vodafone) - Red Extra and Entertainment plans come with a free three-month Vodafone Secure Net trial, to help protect your device from online treats and risks. After your free three-month trial, Vodafone Secure Net is charged at £1 a month, and is added to your monthly bill and will renew automatically on your billing date each month. You can cancel any time by contacting Vodafone.

Data Speeds - Advertised 4G speeds are available in selected areas. Exact speed depends on location and number of users. Check coverage using the link in the shopping basket before buying.

Allowances - Use your allowance to call/text UK mobiles and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 when in the UK or EU/EEA; to call/text EU/EEA mobiles & landlines when roaming in EU/EEA (outside UK); Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man treated as EU/EEA. Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 55p/min. Data allowance can be used in UK & EU/EEA. Data fair use policy may apply in EU/EEA. Deposit needed for roaming in limited circumstances. Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you'll be charged an Access Charge of 55p/min plus the applicable service charge.
