How does it work?

1. Select and purchase your chosen Fully Loaded deal.
2. The £60 airtime will be credited over the first 6 months from connection at £10 per month.
3. Once you receive your mobile phone, you can get connected.

How do I redeem by airtime?

1. Register and redeem your airtime at www.simregister.co.uk or by calling 0845 880 1234.
2. You will be asked for your mobile phone IMEI number, which can be found xxxxxxx.
3. Your first £10 airtime will be credited within 24 hours of registration.

How do I claim my remaining airtime?

1. Subsequent airtime will be available to you on the same day of each calender month via www.simregister.co.uk or by calling 0845 880 1234.
2. Don't worry you don't need to remember, we'll send you a reminder text with the authorisation code.
3. Authorisation codes must be redeemed within 28 days of issue. The expiry date and time will be confirmed in the text.

Example text:

'You are now eligible for your next Orange airtime top up. This will be top up *2 of 6. Please visit www.simregister.co.uk or call 0845 1234 to claim using the auth code at the end of this message. Your claim remains until midnight of 15.07.2009. Auth Code: *16895756.'

Where * is top up field number and total top ups for this customer.
Where ** is the next top up date -1.
Where *** is the auth code specific to this top up.

Please note that the £60 airtime can only be credited to the mobile phone provided.
