Automatic Cashback

If you don’t want the hassle of having to claim your discount/cashback then an automatic cash deal may be for you. It’s the easiest way to save on your mobile phone bill.

  • Paid automatically within 99 days of your phone delivery.
  • Payment will be by BACS into the bank account given when you ordered
  • No redemption vouchers / no need to claim

Payment is subject to you paying your mobile phone bill and not changing your tariff. We may ask for proof of payment.

Line Rental Discount/Cashback by Redemption

Huge savings can be made on your mobile phone bills by seeking out a redemption deal and putting a little effort in to redeeming your discount/cashback vouchers.

  • Claimed in parts over the course of the contract
  • Send in claim vouchers and mobile bills as detailed below
  • Claims processed in 28 days of receipt
  • Payments made within 10 weeks
  • Payment will be by BACS into the bank account given when you ordered

Treat your vouchers as if they hold the cash value of your discount/cashback because lost or damaged claim vouchers cannot be replaced. Follow the claim instructions carefully.

18 Month Contracts

Please send claims back in 5 stages, as below:

  • Your first four airtime bills (where your first bill is the first correspondence from your network requesting ANY payment) and your first claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 4th airtime bill.

  • Your 5th, 6th 7th and 8th airtime bills and your second claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 8th airtime bill.

  • Your 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th airtime bills and your third claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 12th airtime bill.

  • Your 13th, 14th and 15th airtime bills and your fourth claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 15th airtime bill.

  • Your 16th, 17th and 18th airtime bills and your fifth claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 18th airtime bill.

24 Month Contracts

Please send claims back in 6 stages, as below:

  • Your first five airtime bills (where your first bill is the first correspondence from your network requesting ANY payment) and your first claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 5th airtime bill.

  • Your 6th, 7th 8th 9th and 10th airtime bills and your second claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 10th airtime bill.

  • Your 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th airtime bills and your third claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 14th airtime bill.

  • Your 15th, 16th 17th and 18th airtime bills and your fourth claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 18th airtime bill.

  • Your 19th, 20th and 21st airtime bills and your fifth claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 21st airtime bill.

  • Your 22nd, 23rd and 24th airtime bills and your sixth claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 24th airtime bill.

What to include in your claim

Your claim should include the correct claim voucher, and the correct airtime bills showing your name, address, mobile phone number, current tariff, the date of the bill and outstanding balance.

If your claim is received in the appropriate timescale but does not contain the correct documentation we will be in touch to let you know so you may resubmit the correct documents.

If your claim is not received in the appropriate timescale then it will not be accepted and you will not be contacted.
