Company history
We were founded in 2000 with its primary operational role to
source and supply 2500 product lines including contract and pay as you go
mobile phones to an ever growing customer base. Over the course of the next few
years, Shebang evolved and developed a retail platform called Sellfone 3g,
which enables Shebang’s 400 + partners to auto-replenishment and virtually
order stock from its warehouse. 2005 saw continued success for Shebang,
launching its own accessory brand called Nexxus and landline telecommunication
services for the business and consumer markets.
Size of company
In 2007, Shebang and Affordable Mobiles have already
despatched 250,000 mobiles phones and 3,000,000 mobile phone related

competitive company.
Shebang has forged very strong relationships with key networks and
handset manufacturers allowing us to outshine its competitors on innovation.
Heads of Department
Iain Humphrey, the founder and Managing Director of Shebang
Distribution and Affordable Mobiles, has been in the industry for 16 years and
has an unrivalled passion for quality and innovation, this ethos has filtered

Mike Gray is head of our e-commerce channel at Shebang and
is directly responsible for the www.affordablemobiles.co.uk
website. Mike has been working in the mobile phone industry for the past 20
years and has delivered e-commerce websites for 8 years.
